Bob Dusin was raised on a wheat and cattle farm in western Kansas, before attending Kansas State University for his undergraduate degree and later obtaining his master’s degree at Rockhurst University. He holds an MBA in Finance, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and is a senior professional in human resources.

After relocating to Chicago, Bob pursued studying improvisation by enrolling in the Second City Players Workshop - comedy improvisation taught by Second City actors. Knowing that Second City had produced the likes of Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Dan Aykroyd, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, and Bill Murray, Bob knew it would be an extraordinary opportunity to learn from the best. He took his love of comedy and early success in TV and radio and, coupled with his passion for business became a project manager, a human resources director, and owned a successful construction company before becoming an industry-leading consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. Now, Bob combines proven business techniques with lessons learned in the world of comedy to deliver truly one-of-a-kind keynote talks to audiences around the globe.
